Checkout receipt printer won’t print or displays red lights?
Ensure that the receipt roll is correctly installed and restart the printer.
Checkout register drawer won’t open?
Restart the checkout receipt printer (the register drawer is most often connected via it).
OptikIT won’t print letters?
Restart the computer (the typical cause of this problem is that the computer has lost its connection to the network drive).
OptikIT cannot find the network path?
The server name has perhaps not been correctly entered. Enter the correct name for the server or restart the server.
OptikIT and CB Retail: Error code 3 or 7 while initiating transaction (CTRL+E)Shut down the Dankort terminal and OptikIT/CB Retail. Start the Dankort terminal and wait until the display shows the following message: CLOSED. Then start up OptikIT/CB Retail and open the transaction module again (CTRL+E). If error code 3 or 7 appears persistently, contact our Support service.
Windows cannot locate the pif. file.
The program or folder referred to by shortcut XXX cannot be found. Restart the computer.
